The experience
The Wine Room welcomes visitors for seated tastings, a glass or a cheese board, while the Savour, Discover and Unearth experiences offer progressively deeper ways to explore the estate. The restaurant is designed as a wine-first lunch experience.
What to taste
Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay lead the collection, supported by Chenin Blanc and other varieties. The estate’s experiences are designed to show how the Stevens Valley site influences each wine.
