Add smaller producers
Woodlands, Juniper Estate, Fraser Gallop, Domaine Naturaliste and Fermoy make a strong Wilyabrup extension. Book two contrasting producers rather than chasing the largest possible list.
What to taste for
Look for cassis and dark berry fruit, savoury bay-leaf or graphite detail, fine tannin and freshness. Vintage, vineyard and blending choices matter, so ask how the current release differs from older examples.
